Gul Zain is a visiting researcher at the EML Munich lab, holding a master's degree in computer science from TU Kaiserslautern (2023). He has had the privilege of working with distinguished researchers, including Prof. Dr. Bernt Schiele at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics in Saarbrücken and PD Dr. Federico Tombari at Google. His research focuses on adapting and exploiting foundation models in an efficient manner. At EML, he is dedicated to advancing methods for enhancing multi-modal generalist models to maximize their performance and versatility.
